学习/工作经历
2003-2007年哈尔滨工业大学生物工程专业本科,2007-2012年浙江大学食品科学专业硕博连读,2010.10-2011.10美国纽约大学联合培养博士生(国家留学基金委公派项目),2012年获得浙江大学食品科学专业博士学位,同年进入浙江海洋大学任教。
从事食品质量与安全和食品科学与工程专业的本科教学和研究生教学11年。主讲《食品生物化学》、《食品生物技术》、《专业外语》、《食品微生物》等本科生课程及《专业外语》、《食品生物技术》等研究生和留学生课程。食品专业英语流利,授课课程采用双语教学,教学风格有国际特色,已培养6名硕士生毕业。
科研上注重合作,近五年与中科院宁波材料所合作课题共同培养研究生,主要从事食品与交叉学科的研究,将生物基高分子材料及纤维素复合材料应用于食品包装和水产品保鲜。近五年,在 Carbohydrate Polymers、Polymers、 Food Chemistry、Polymor、Foodborne Pathogens and Disease、RSC Advances 等食品和化学领域 SCI 期刊上发表第一作者或通讯作者论文 11 篇,授权国家发明专利1项,主持浙江省基金和企业委托项目各 1 项,参与国家基金1项和省基金各1项。
近五年第一作者或通讯作者发表 SCI文章11篇,授权国家发明专利1项。
