目前主要从事水产品加工及贮藏方向的教学和科研工作,研究内容涉及天然有机化合物的功能强化、高性能光敏材料体系的构建及其水产品保鲜应用等领域。
主持国家自然科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金等项目,参与国家重点研发计划重点专项、国家市场监管总局科技计划项目、浙江省市场监督管理局科技创新专项资金、浙江省省属高校科研院所基本科研业务费专项资金等项目;舟山市市级企业科技特派员;在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry,Chemical Engineering Journal,ACS Central Science,ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces,Food Research International,Food Packaging and Shelf Life,Food Chemistry: X,Journal of Materials Chemistry B,Chemical Communications,食品科学,食品工业科技,食品研究与开发等国内外期刊发表论文20余篇;授权中国发明专利5项;《食品研究与开发》、《Journal of Future Foods》和《Food Science of Animal Products》等期刊青年编委;ACS Omega,ACS Applied Nano Materials等期刊审稿人。
