目前主要从事水产品加工及贮藏方向的教学和科研工作,研究内容涉及(1)生物活性分子改性及其功能强化,(2)光敏材料创制及其水产品光动力保鲜应用,(3)多功能分子和纳米材料体系构建及其水产品保鲜应用。
主持浙江省自然科学基金项目,参与国家重点研发计划重点专项、浙江省市场监督管理局科技创新专项资金、浙江省省属高校科研院所基本科研业务费专项资金等项目;舟山市市级企业科技特派员;在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、ACS Central Science、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Food Research International、Food Packaging and Shelf Life、Food Chemistry: X、Journal of Materials Chemistry B、Chemical Communications、食品科学、食品工业科技、食品研究与开发等国内外期刊发表论文10余篇;授权中国发明专利4项;ACS Omega,ACS Applied Nano Materials等期刊审稿人;获得2021年浙江省大学生化学竞赛二等奖1项(第一指导教师)。
